CONDOLENCE MESSAGES TO PRESIDENT NGUYEN MINH TRIET AND PRIME MINISTER NGUYEN TAN DUNG OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM BY PRESIDENT S R NATHAN AND PRIME MINISTER LEE HSIEN LOONG

President S R Nathan and Prime Minister Lee Hsien have sent condolence messages, respectively to President Nguyen Minh Triet and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the floods in Vietnam in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Kammuri.
