Prime Minister’s National Day Rally 2009


This year’s National Day Rally speech by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will be broadcast ‘live’ on TV on Sunday, 16 August 2009 from 6:45pm.

Here are some ways Singaporeans can participate in this year’s National Day Rally:

(1) On Prime Minister’s Office and Channel NewsAsia's web sites: Singaporeans can watch a ‘live’ webcast of the rally on their computers.

(2) On REACH’s web site: Netizens can give their feedback and discuss the key issues as PM Lee delivers his speech

(3) On Twitter: Singaporeans can use #ndrsg as a common tag for their tweets about the National Day Rally.

(4) On Facebook: REACH has set up an event page for Singaporeans to indicate that they will be watching the National Day Rally.

(5) On YouTube: Highlights of the speech will be available on the Prime Minister’s office YouTube channel from 12pm, 17 August.
