10th Singapore-Malaysia Leaders' Retreat - Oct 2023
Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Malaysia Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim visited Singapore from 29 to 30 October 2023 for the 10th Singapore-Malaysia Leaders’ Retreat at the invitation of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. The annual Leaders’ Retreat is the key platform for the two Prime Ministers to discuss bilateral issues and explore new areas of cooperation. This was the first Leaders’ Retreat since the COVID-19 pandemic, and an opportunity for both countries to take stock of the growing cooperation. The 9th Leaders’ Retreat was held in Putrajaya, Malaysia in April 2019.
