Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally 2011 speech on Sunday, 14 August 2011.

 

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally 2011 speech on Sunday, 14 August 2011 from 6.45pm. He will be speaking as follows:

6.45 pm   Malay & Mandarin
7.30 pm   Intermission
8.00 pm   English

Held at the University Cultural Centre at the National University of Singapore, the rally will be broadcast “live” on local television channels and radio stations. If you are unable to catch the broadcast, here are some other ways to view or participate:

(1) Webcast: You can watch the “live” webcast of the rally on your computer by going to the websites of the Prime Minister’s Office (www.pmo.gov.sg) or REACH (www.reach.gov.sg/ndrsg). Alternatively, you can watch the “mobile” webcast by going to www.ndr.sg on your smartphones’ web browser.

(2) Online discussions: Join in the discussions on REACH website and give your take on the key issues.

(3) Twitter: Follow tweets from twitter.com/Reach_Singapore, and share your thoughts using the tag #ndrsg while PM Lee delivers his speech.

(4) Facebook: Indicate you will be catching the rally by joining the event page (www.facebook.com/REACHSingapore) set up by REACH, and participate in the discussions.
