Dissolution of Parliament (15 April 2025)

President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, on the advice of Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, has dissolved Parliament on Tuesday, 15 April 2025.

The Prime Minister also advised that Nomination Day be on Wednesday, 23 April 2025, and the President has agreed.

Polling Day will be announced by the Returning Officer.
