Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong attended the 23rd ASEAN Summit in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam on 9 Oct 2013. The meeting was chaired by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, and was attended by all the Heads of State/Government of ASEAN Member States as well as the ASEAN Secretary-General.
