Please accept my warmest congratulations on your successful re-election as the Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region.

The strong endorsement as reflected in the election results shows the deep trust and confidence which the Election Committee and the people of Macao have in you.  Under your leadership, Macao has achieved good progress.  I wish you all the best in your second term as the Chief Executive.
