Dear Samdech Hun Sen
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore, I would like to extend my best wishes to you and your Government on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Singapore and the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Cambodia was one of the first countries to recognise Singapore. Over the past fifty years, our countries have forged strong and friendly ties. Today, we enjoy a cooperative and multifaceted relationship that has benefitted our people. I am confident that relations between our two countries will deepen in the years ahead. I look forward to continuing to work with you to strengthen our cooperation bilaterally and within ASEAN.
