Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong will make a working visit to Brunei Darussalam from 30 September to 1 October 2025.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong will visit Brunei Darussalam from 30 September to 1 October 2025. This will be Deputy Prime Minister Gan’s first visit to Brunei Darussalam in his capacity as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry.
Deputy Prime Minister Gan will have an audience with the Sultan and Yang Di- Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam His Majesty Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, and His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen.
Deputy Prime Minister Gan will also meet with Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister for Finance and Economy II Dato Dr Amin Liew, and Minister of Health Dato Dr Isham Jaafar. In addition, he will engage business leaders based in Brunei, and visit Brunei Rotary Engineering, a joint venture between Singapore’s Rotary Engineering Pte. Ltd. and the Ministry of Finance and Economy, Government of Brunei.
Deputy Prime Minister Gan will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Enterprise Singapore.
