Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong will make a working visit to Tokyo, Japan, from 22 to 25 May 2024, in conjunction with the 29th Nikkei Forum on the Future of Asia organised by Nikkei Inc.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong will make a working visit to Tokyo, Japan, from 22 to 25 May 2024, in conjunction with the 29th Nikkei Forum on the Future of Asia organised by Nikkei Inc. The theme of the forum is “Asian Leadership in an Uncertain World”.

During the visit, Deputy Prime Minister Gan will deliver a speech at the 29th Nikkei Forum on the Future of Asia on 24 May 2024. Deputy Prime Minister Gan will also have meetings with Japanese political and business leaders.

Deputy Prime Minister Gan will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Trade and Industry.
