Dear President Rousseff,
On behalf of the Government and people of Singapore, I extend our deepest condolences to you and the people of Brazil for the tragic loss of young lives in the Santa Maria nightclub fire. It was unfortunate that a night of fun ended so sadly.
I am confident that, under your leadership, Brazil will recover from this tragedy. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families during this difficult period.
