Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally 2023 speech at the University Cultural Centre, National University of Singapore, on Sunday, 29 August 2010, from 6:45pm.

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally speech on Sunday, 29 August 2010 from 6.45pm. He will be speaking as follows:
6.45 pm: Malay & Mandarin
7.30 pm: Intermission
8.00 pm: English
The rally will be broadcast “live” on local television channels and radio stations from the University Cultural Centre at the National University of Singapore. For those who are unable to catch the broadcast, here are some ways to view or participate in the rally:
