Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong will deliver his National Day Rally 2026 speech on Sunday, 23 August 2026.

Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will deliver his National Day Rally 2026 speech on Sunday, 23 August 2026 at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Headquarters in Ang Mo Kio.

PM Wong will speak in Malay, Mandarin and English at the following times:

  • 6.45 pm – Malay, followed by Mandarin

  • 8.00 pm – English

The National Day Rally will be broadcast on local TV channels and radio stations.

  • English broadcast: Channel 5 (with English subtitles and sign language interpretation), CNA (with English subtitles) and CNA938 

  • Mandarin broadcast: Channel 8, Channel U and Capital 95.8FM

  • Malay broadcast: Suria and Warna 94.2FM

  • Tamil broadcast: Vasantham and Oli 96.8FM
