Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will participate in the virtual APEC Informal Leaders’ Retreat from 1900 to 2100 hrs on Friday 16 July 2021. APEC Leaders will discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the region’s responses to combat its effects and accelerate economic recovery.
The Informal Leaders’ Retreat will be chaired by Jacinda Ardern, Prime Minister of New Zealand. Prime Minister Lee will be accompanied by MTI and MFA officials.
