Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong will make an official visit to Beijing and Dalian, People’s Republic of China, from 8-12 September 2009. During the visit, SM will meet Premier Wen Jiabao and Vice Premier Li Keqiang. In Dalian, SM will attend the meeting of the Young Global Leaders' Foundation Board and the World Economic Forum’s “Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2009”. SM will also meet Dalian Party Secretary Xia Deren and officiate at the launch of the Ascendas IT Park (Phase 3) in Dalian. SM will be accompanied by senior officials.
