Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew will visit Tokyo from 19 to 23 May 2009, and China (Nanjing, Suzhou and Shanghai) from 23 to 27 May 2009.

Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew will visit Tokyo from 19 to 23 May 2009, and China (Nanjing, Suzhou and Shanghai) from 23 to 27 May 2009.

In Tokyo, he will call on the Prime Minister Taro Aso, and meet other Japanese political and business leaders. 

At the invitation of the Government of the People's Republic of China, he will attend the 15th anniversary celebration of the Suzhou Industrial Park on 26 May where he will meet Vice-Premier Wang Qishan and leaders from Jiangsu. Before Suzhou, he will meet leaders in Nanjing, and after Suzhou he will meet leaders in Shanghai.
