His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan was hosted to lunch by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong today. Both leaders welcomed the strong bilateral ties between Singapore and Jordan. King Abdullah II provided Prime Minister Lee with an update of developments in Jordan. They also had a useful exchange of views on regional developments in the Middle East and Asia.
King Abdullah II also visited the Civil Service College (CSC) where His Majesty was briefed on the leadership development programmes and the role of the CSC in training public service officers.
