The President, acting in his discretion in accordance with Article 94(4) of the Constitution, and in concurrence with the advice of the Prime Minister, has appointed Mr Lionel Yee Woon Chin as a Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court with effect from 1 February 2013 for a period of one year.
