Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies Tharman Shanmugaratnam will be in Washington DC from 18 to 23 April 2017. He will be meeting top US officials and the heads of the IMF, World Bank and other multilateral development institutions. He will also speak at the Bretton Woods Committee Annual Meeting, chair a Group of Thirty Occasional Lecture and participate in meetings of the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC).
DPM Tharman will be accompanied by officials from the Prime Minister’s Office and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
