Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Finance Heng Swee Keat, and Minister for Communications and Information and Minister-in-Charge of Trade Relations S Iswaran will attend the 49th World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland from 22 to 25 January 2019.
DPM Tharman, Minister Heng, and Minister Iswaran will participate and speak at various sessions, on issues including global trade and financial governance, infrastructure development, the digital economy and artificial intelligence. They will also meet various government and business leaders.
DPM Tharman, Minister Heng, and Minister Iswaran will be accompanied by officials from the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Communications and Information.
