Lying in State of Mr Lee Kuan Yew - Mar 2015

Mr Lee Kuan Yew, founding Prime Minister of Singapore, passed away on 23 March 2015 at the age of 91. A period of National Mourning was declared from 23 to 29 March 2015. Mr Lee’s body lay in state at Parliament House from 25 to 28 March for the public to pay their last respects.
