The Prime Minister of Japan, His Excellency Shinzo Abe, visited Singapore on 26 July 2013 at the invitation of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. This was Prime Minister Abe’s first Official Visit to Singapore as Prime Minister, which underscored the excellent bilateral relations between Singapore and Japan.
