Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong welcomed Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang to Singapore on 25 October 2025.

Prime Minister Wong and Premier Li reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepen cooperation in the digital and green economies, and to work together to uphold multilateralism. Prime Minister Wong also hosted Premier Li to an Official Dinner.

Prime Minister Wong and Premier Li also witnessed the exchange of eight Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) on green development, the digital economy, training and development, and food cooperation.
