Visit by King Abdullah II of Jordan - Jun 2019

His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan made a State Visit to Singapore from 19 to 20 June 2019 at the invitation of President Halimah Yacob.

King Abdullah II met Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 20 June 2019. The two leaders discussed developments in the Middle East. They also reaffirmed the strong bilateral cooperation in many areas, including religious education and efforts to fight radicalisation. King Abdullah II and PM Lee also exchanged views on ways to strengthen economic links between Jordan and Singapore.
