Visit by Maldives President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih - Jul 2019

President of the Republic of Maldives His Excellency Ibrahim Mohamed Solih made a State Visit to Singapore on 1 July 2019 at the invitation of President Halimah Yacob.

President Solih met Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the Istana, and both leaders witnessed the signing of two Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) on an Open Skies Agreement and Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore.
